
ALTTI LAGSTEDT

Altti is a senior lecturer in Haaga-Helia university of applied sciences, and currently a project manager in Education Digital Transformation (Eduditra) project.
He holds a PhD in information science and an MSc in technology. He has studied information systems development, business process development and education, and he has written several academic and practical publications on these areas.
Before the current position, Altti has been working as a project manager in a software development company, and as a researcher in LUT university.
LAIS OLIVEIRA LEITE

Lais is Brazilian and education psychologist. She loves to travel and learn about cultures and peoples.
She is doing her PhD in Education in Finland. Over here, she has visited different types of schools, in rural and urban areas, more humble and high-tech. She has assisted university courses, developed research, helped in intercultural meetings, taught education modules for foreign universities, among other activities.
Here Lais shares with you some of her experiences and reflections on the Finnish educational system.
PAULIINA HALME

At Eduix, education expert Pauliina is responsible for new customers and partnerships, international affairs and business development. Prior to joining Eduix, Pauliina worked in the education sector, among other things, in curriculum work and the development of education information systems.
Pauliina has a lot of moving energy, and her expertise is emphasized in building relationships, negotiating tables and managing diverse entities.
Recently, the building project has left Pauliina with little free time, but in her past and future life, she enjoys playing football and golf – as well as watching the fanatical tennis Masters tournaments.
JOHANNA KIVIRANTA

Johanna, who received her incentive as a management consultant, has worked at Eduix since May 2020 in sales development and new customer acquisition. He has a previous work history in Finland and abroad – the USA, Russia and Kazakhstan can be found in the history of residence. She has a master’s degree in public administration, and as a new area, she began studying economics at Aalto University in the autumn of 2020.
The professionalism of the laughing and warm-hearted Johanna is reflected in her ability to build and maintain human relationships. What she promises, she also keeps, and she does her best to find the best solutions for her customers.
In her free time, Johanna enjoys good wines and books, and out venturing into cross-country running. In the fall, he may also be found on a hunting hobby – a family with a hunting man and a deer dog.
